We're excited that you have decided to move forward! The following steps will assist you in getting up and running quickly so that you can begin to realize the operational savings that you identified during the evaluation. In summary, you will want to load your key data into the system, train your employees, and then begin executing an inspection (and repair) schedule for your irrigation technicians to ensure full coverage of your eligible properties.
You'll want to get all of your active properties loaded into the system. You can either add them manually (see training video below) using Configure (http://apps.tapigo.com/#/configure/properties) or transcribe your property list into this spreadsheet template (CSV, Excel) and email it as an attachment to support@tapigo.com along with the name of your organization and primary contact email and we'll get them loaded for you.
While it is not necessary to add Controllers and Zones to each of your Properties before you begin doing inspections, it does speed things up. You can do so manually (see video below) or we have the ability to load your existing controller and zone information for you. This is a bit trickier than loading properties, however, because we need a separate spreadsheet for each property and the name of the spreadsheet needs to match the property name in the system so that we know where it belongs. Transcribe your controller and zone data into this spreadsheet template (CSV, Excel), name the file the same as the Property name in Tapigo, and email it as an attachment to support@tapigo.com along with the name of your organization and primary contact email and we'll get them loaded for you.

Although the default price group that was provided can be used as-is, it is best to update the price group to match your standard irrigation price sheet. If you have more than one price sheet for different categories of properties, you can mirror that setup by copying the default price group for each category and customize it accordingly. If you are using more than one price group, be sure to associate each property to the right price group (shown in Manage Properties video above).
Finally, you'll want to add all of the users that you expect to take part in the irrigation workflow. Generally, this includes all irrigation technicians and account managers.
In general, your irrigation technicians will need to know how to use the Survey app to be able to identify and map assets to a property. They can learn most of what they will need to know by watching the following video.
Both irrigation technicians and account managers will need to know how to use the Inspect app to be able to perform, review, and enhance inspections for a property. They can learn most of what they will need to know by watching the following video.
With your data entered and the key irrigation personnel familiar with the apps, it is time to schedule recurring inspections to the relevant properties.
